Ziploc / Back Restaurants. We turned the back of restaurants, where tons of food go to waste, into new restaurants that served up dishes with ingredients saved from the trash, preserved with Ziploc®. Each restaurant launched its back version on social media with a unique identity: we flipped the original restaurant's name around. Along with renowned chefs, we created special dishes using ingredients that would have been wasted but were preserved and served with Ziploc®.
