Merry Christmas, Traffic / Pepsi. We found a weakness in Coca-Cola’s Christmas Caravans: the traffic jams it causes and how people react to them. Then, we used Waze to offer a gift to compensate for the stress. Pepsi was always put aside during Christmas. Its social media in Brazil was particularly slow. After the event, the brand got a boost in interactions it had never experienced before this time of the year.
