THE REAL PHOENIX / NATIONAL MUSEUM In September 2018, more than 20 million items were burned in the Brazilian National Museum fire. But an unbaptized insect species miraculously survived the fire. The insect was officially named Phoenix and became the symbol of the museum’s rebirth from the ashes. The campaign helped the museum with 11 new company partnerships, 244 million in resources, and over 5 thousand donated collection items.
